Helping small businesses get found by search and AI
Seven of nine small business owners I surveyed want to be found through search and AI, yet skip SEO entirely. I designed Findable, an AI-powered product that optimizes any post for search and AI discoverability in under a minute. I ran the research, built two personas and three user flows, designed a full high-fidelity prototype, and tested it with real users.
